Terms of membership

1. What we do

We act as your family's private office: a single point of contact that organises, coordinates and follows up the practical, administrative and household matters you entrust to us, with our own team and with independent partners.

We do not manage assets, do not provide investment, financial, legal, tax or medical advice, and are not an insurance intermediary. When such advice or service is needed, it is provided directly by a licensed professional under their own responsibility and terms.

2. Plans and hours

Each plan includes a monthly number of hours of work, a set of included services and a discount on other services, as described on the Plans page at the time you subscribe. Hours are recorded per task in your account. Unused hours roll over to the following month only. Additional hours are billed at your plan's hourly rate after you approve them.

3. Free trial

New members may start with a free trial of 14 days, limited to 2 hours of work. A valid payment method is required but not charged during the trial. If you cancel in your account before the end of the trial, nothing is charged. Otherwise the membership starts at the end of the trial and the first payment is taken. One trial per family.

4. Term, payment and renewal

The membership runs for 12 months from the end of the trial. You choose monthly payment or annual payment in advance (with the discount shown at checkout). Payments are taken by Stripe. The membership renews for a further 12 months unless cancelled at least 30 days before the end of the term. Prices are in Swiss francs and include VAT where applicable.

5. Early termination

You may end the membership early with 30 days' notice; the fees for the remaining months of the current 12-month term remain due, reduced by 50%. We may end the membership with immediate effect for serious breach, including non-payment after reminder, abusive behaviour towards our team, or requests that are unlawful.

6. Services outside your plan and partner services

For any service not included in your plan, we show the price before you confirm. Our coordination fee carries your plan's discount. Where a partner performs the work, the partner contracts with you directly or through us as stated in the quote, and is responsible for its work under its own terms.

Single services may be ordered without a membership at the non-member price shown.

7. Commissions and introductions

Some partners pay us a fee when we introduce a client to them. We disclose such fees to you in advance, in the quote or in your account. By accepting a quote that discloses such a fee, you agree that we keep it. We never receive retrocessions on investments, because we do not deal with investments.

8. Your cooperation

You give us accurate information and the documents and authorisations we need, in time. Where a deadline depends on your signature or decision, we remind you; we are not liable for consequences of late or missing input from you.

9. Household staff

You remain the employer of your household staff. We organise recruitment through licensed agencies and payroll administration through licensed partners, on your behalf and on your instructions.

10. Confidentiality and data

We keep all information about your family confidential, during and after the membership. Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy policy.

11. Liability

We perform our services with the care that can reasonably be expected of a professional private office. We are liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. To the extent permitted by law, liability for slight negligence and for indirect or consequential damage is excluded, and our total liability per year is limited to the fees you paid in that year. We are not liable for the work of independent partners, but we help you enforce your rights against them.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for future periods. We tell members at least 30 days in advance; if you do not accept, you may end the membership at the end of the current term without penalty.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The courts of Geneva have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rules.
