Privacy policy
Version 1.0 · 28 September 2026
This policy explains which personal data Avenirio SA ("we") processes when you visit our website, become a member or work with us, why we do it and what rights you have. We apply the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/nLPD) and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Draft for legal review. The English version prevails.
1. Who is responsible
Controller: Avenirio SA, 17 rue de Paradis, Genève, Switzerland. Contact for any privacy question: [email protected].
Where the GDPR applies and we are required to, we will appoint a representative in the European Union and name them here.
2. What we process
Identity and contact data: name, email, phone, address, language, and the same for family members you invite.
Membership data: plan, country, billing period, payment status and invoices. Card details are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Service data: the tasks you give us, messages, documents you upload to your vault (for example passports, permits, insurance policies, contracts), deadlines, and the record of work done, time spent and partners involved.
Household data you choose to share: information about children, household staff, homes, vehicles and pets, to the extent needed to perform a task.
Special categories: some tasks involve health information (for example medical appointments or insurance claims). We process it only to perform the task you asked for, with your explicit consent, and restrict access to the people working on it.
Website data: pages visited, device type, approximate location derived from your IP address (city level, used to set day/night mode), and, with your consent only, measurement and advertising identifiers. Campaign parameters in links (utm_*) are stored to understand which campaigns work.
3. Why we process it and on which basis
To provide the membership and the services you order (performance of a contract).
To handle payments, invoices and accounting records (contract and legal obligation, including Swiss bookkeeping rules: 10 years).
To keep your documents safe, log access to them and prevent fraud (legitimate interest and contract).
To measure and improve the website and our campaigns (consent, which you can withdraw at any time in Cookie settings).
To answer messages and applications from partners and candidates (pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest).
To improve the quality of our work and to build internal tools, including assistants based on artificial intelligence, from the anonymised or pseudonymised record of tasks (legitimate interest). We do not use your documents to train external models, and we do not sell data.
4. Who receives your data
The people in our team assigned to your family, bound by confidentiality.
The partner who performs a service you ordered (for example a lawyer, fiduciary, broker, agency or craftsperson), and only the data needed for that service. We tell you who it is before the work starts.
Our processors, under data processing agreements: Cloudflare (hosting, database and document storage with EU jurisdiction), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email). With your consent: Google (Analytics, Ads) and Meta (advertising measurement).
Authorities, where the law requires it.
5. Where your data is stored
Our database and document vault are stored in the European Union. Some processors may access data from other countries, including the United States; in that case transfers rely on the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
Membership and service records: for the duration of the membership and 10 years after, as required for accounting and legal claims. Vault documents: until you delete them or 3 months after the membership ends, whichever comes first. Website measurement data: 14 months. Applications and partner enquiries: 12 months unless a relationship follows.
7. Security
Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the people assigned to your family, protected by secure sign-in, and every document view or upload is logged and visible in your account. We review access regularly and train our team.
8. Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, a copy in a portable format, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and withdraw any consent at any time. Write to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the EU, to your local authority.
9. Cookies
Necessary cookies keep you signed in, remember your language, theme and consent choices. Measurement and advertising cookies are set only with your consent. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
10. Changes
We will publish any change here and, if it matters to members, tell you by email before it takes effect.
