What families ask us first.

The service

What exactly do I get?

One contact for everything your family needs done, and a complete office behind them: assistants plus vetted lawyers, fiduciaries, brokers, agencies and craftspeople. Your plan includes hours of work each month, frequent services at no extra cost, and a discount on everything else. Plus your private account with vault, deadlines and tasks.

Is this a concierge service?

No. A concierge books tables and tickets. We run the administration of a family's life: documents, deadlines, staff, property, schools, insurance and the unexpected. We book things too, but that is not the point.

Is it a real family office?

It does what a family office does for the family's life, not for its investments. We never manage money or give investment advice; your banker does, and we coordinate with them.

Do I need a plan to use you?

No. Every service can be ordered on its own. A plan makes sense as soon as you have more than a few requests a year: frequent services are included and everything else costs up to 25% less.

What do you not do?

We do not manage assets, give investment, legal or tax advice, or hold client money. When advice is needed, a licensed partner gives it and we organise everything around it.

How do I send a task?

Write a message, forward an email or send a photo of a letter from your account. One sentence is enough; your contact asks for what is missing.

How fast do you reply?

Within one working day on every plan, usually within hours. Private members can reach us day and night for urgent matters.

Can you help with an emergency, like a flood or a car accident?

Yes. We find the repair, deal with the insurer and keep you informed until it is closed. Members get it at their plan price; anyone can order it as a single service.

Who pays the suppliers?

You approve every cost before it is incurred. Invoices appear in your account and you pay by card or bank transfer. We never hold your money.

Plans and prices

How does the free trial work?

Fourteen days, card required but not charged. Up to two hours of work during the trial. Cancel in your account before day 15 and you pay nothing.

How much does it cost?

Essential CHF 890, Pro CHF 1,890 and Private CHF 4,500 a month in Switzerland, on a 12-month membership. Pay monthly or yearly upfront at 5% off.

Which plan is right for us?

It depends on how many things you delegate each month. Answer three questions in the plan finder on the home page and it recommends a plan with an estimate of hours.

What if we need more than our hours?

Add hours at your plan's rate or buy a pack of ten tasks from your account. Unused hours roll over for one month.

How are hours counted?

Every minute of work is logged against a task with a note of what was done. You see the log in your account.

How do member prices work?

We agree rates with each partner in advance. You see the full price before you confirm anything, and your plan's discount applies to our fee.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

You can move up at any time. The membership runs for 12 months; before it renews you can change plan or stop.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. You pay your plan and the extras you approved, nothing else.

Your contact and partners

Who is my contact?

An experienced member of our team in Geneva, bound by a confidentiality agreement. On Pro and Private it is always the same person. On Essential, a named manager within a small team.

Who employs our nanny or housekeeper?

You do. Swiss law requires household staff to be declared from the first franc. We handle payroll, social charges and contracts through licensed partners.

How do you choose partners?

We check licences, insurance and references, compare several offers and keep only those who deliver on time at the agreed price. Every job is rated.

Do partners pay you a commission?

Some do. We disclose it, and under Swiss law it belongs to you unless you waive it after disclosure. It is written in our terms.

What if the chemistry with my contact is not right?

Tell us and we assign someone else. Your history stays in the account, so nothing has to be explained twice.

Can other family members use the account?

Yes. Your partner and adult children can send tasks and see what concerns them.

Privacy and data

Where is our data kept?

In the European Union, encrypted. Only your family and your assigned team can see it, and every access is logged.

Who can see our documents?

Only your family and the people working on your tasks. Every view and upload is recorded and visible to you.

Can we delete our data?

Yes. Ask in your account and we delete it, except what the law obliges us to keep, such as invoices.

Countries and languages

We have homes in several countries.

One account covers them all. Switzerland is open today; Monaco and France open in 2027, followed by the UAE, the UK, Luxembourg and Italy. Each additional country is 30% off.

Which countries do you cover?

Switzerland today. Six more open in 2027 and fifty are on the roadmap. Join a country's waiting list and you hear first, with a founding price.

In which languages do you work?

English, French and Russian.

Living in Geneva

How soon must I register after moving to Geneva?

You announce your arrival to the cantonal population office (OCPM) within days, before you start working. We prepare the file and book the appointment.

When can I change health insurer in Switzerland?

For basic insurance, your cancellation letter must reach the insurer by 30 November to switch on 1 January. New premiums are published in late September; we compare them for you.

When is the Geneva tax return due?

By 31 March of the following year, and an extension can be requested. We collect the documents and work with a licensed fiduciary; we do not give tax advice ourselves.

Do I have to exchange my foreign driving licence?

Yes, within 12 months of taking residence in Switzerland. We book the appointment and, if needed, the control drive.

Do I need a motorway vignette?

Yes, on Swiss motorways. It costs CHF 40 a year and is also sold as an e-vignette linked to your number plate. We renew it for every family car.

Arriving in Geneva

We have not arrived yet. Can we start?

Yes. Most families start two to three months before the move, so that housing, schools and insurance are ready on arrival.

Do you replace a relocation agency?

For most families, yes. Where a specialist is needed, such as a home search in a tight market, we bring in a partner agency at member rates and coordinate it.

Which permit applies to us?

It depends on nationality, employment and situation. We prepare the file and, where the case needs it, involve an immigration lawyer from our network.

Busy families

Do both parents have access?

Yes. Add as many family members as you like. Everyone sees the same tasks, messages and documents.

Can we just send a photo of a letter?

Yes. That is how most tasks start. Your assistant reads it, tells you what it means and what happens next.

What if something urgent happens at night?

Private members reach us day and night. On Essential and Pro, urgent matters are picked up first thing, and you can always upgrade.

Homes with staff and property

Do you employ the staff?

No. You remain the employer. We handle recruitment through licensed agencies and payroll through partners, so you stay compliant without the paperwork.

We have homes in more than one place.

We coordinate maintenance, insurance and staff across your homes. Geneva is our base today; other locations are handled through partners.

Can you find staff for us?

Yes, through licensed agencies we have vetted, at member rates. We brief them, shortlist and organise interviews.

Your family office starts today.

14 days free. First task on us.
