# How your family office works.

Two weeks from the first task to an office that runs by itself. Here is what happens, what we promise and what we will never do.

1. **Day 1, Choose a plan, start free.** Fourteen days free. Send your first task the same day: a letter, a photo, a sentence.
2. **Week 1, We meet you.** Your contact visits or calls, gathers documents, deadlines, staff and supplier contacts. Nothing leaves without your consent.
3. **Week 2, Your office is in place.** Every document in the vault, every deadline in the calendar, every open matter in progress.
4. **Every day, You ask, the office does.** Write, call or send a photo. Each task comes back with what was done, the time it took and who was involved.

## What happens to a request

1. **You write one line.** "The boiler is leaking." "We need a school for September." "Can you deal with this letter?"
2. **Your contact owns it.** Understands, asks what matters, tells you when you will hear back.
3. **The right specialist does the work.** From our team or our vetted network, at the price agreed for members, shown to you before anything is ordered.
4. **You get the result and the record.** What was done, by whom, how long it took. Documents land in your vault, deadlines in your calendar.

## What we promise. And what we will never do.

- **Confidential**: Everyone who works on your file signs a confidentiality agreement. Your affairs are discussed with no one outside it.
- **Your data in Europe**: Documents are encrypted and stored in the European Union. Only your family and your assigned team can open them, and every access is logged.
- **Prices before you commit**: For every service outside your plan you see the price, and who will do the work, before you confirm.
- **Commissions disclosed**: When a partner pays us for an introduction, we tell you in advance. Nothing is hidden in the price.
- **You stay the employer**: Household staff are employed by you. We keep you compliant through licensed partners.
- **Never your money**: We do not manage assets or give financial, legal or tax advice. When you need advice, a licensed professional gives it, and we work alongside your banker.
